45 Harold Road: Multi-faceted

Crystal Palace’s proximity to central London is an obvious draw, but this architect-designed collection of new homes had some interesting design features as well. We were tasked with finding them and exposing them to the target audience.

The distinctive relief brickwork to the facade of the building was converted into a graphic device: a faceted repeat pattern used across the range of marketing collateral, and a three-dimensional logo.

The marketing materials produced for this project have helped a strong showing in the sales performance of the development.
